I bought this yarn back in 2003. Three years later, I'm finally knitting the damn thing.

As I crashed into my seat today in class, the comment made was "We thought you would be knitting something! Like a sock!"

I have been working on a scarf using what I believe is Patons Cha Cha. It's just garter stitch, and I can work on it without really thinking about increases, yarn-overs, or "Crap! I dropped/broke the needle!". Sadly, this picture does not do the yarn justice.

I should be reading Cantos 5 through 10 in Dante's Inferno ... but it's very hard when you're in a room with no lightbulbs. The room lamp is missing a critical prong, so my roomie and I are waiting for that to be replaced. The desk lamp I brought does work, except the bulb blew out earlier.
