I love to knit presents. I once had an ex-boyfriend ask me to knit for myself, for a change. This was after the conical shaped hat (he has a normal shaped head, thank you very much), and the green socks.
Back in March, I ordered two skeins of Lorna's Laces. I started knitting Jaywalker socks. The first one was recently finished, and I just cast on for the second.
Here is the first one, while it was in progress. This was from when I turned the heel, which always makes me feel incredibly clever.
