Parsnips

I was just on the Amateur Gourmet's blog ... and just found the most amazing recipe.

Roasted Parsnips.


Directions? Only one paragraph. Sweet.

I haven't had parsnips since I did Stone Soup with my campers back in 2007. I'm going to pick up between 4 and 5 pounds of them tomorrow after volunteering.
