So, does anyone know why some of the Vintage Vogue patterns jumped almost ten dollars in price, literally overnight?
Last night, the 1952 dress pattern was $5.99. In the past ten minutes, when I finally placed my order, the price jumped to $15.00 before shipping and handling. Still, I didn't have to pay full retail (which is about $25.00) but gah. I'm not too thrilled that I paid ten bucks more than I was expecting to.
In other news involving costumes, I ordered proper 19th century reproduction eye glasses, so I can actually see when in mid-19th century dress. They should be arriving within the next week or so, and then I'll have my prescription fitted in.
Still a bit ticked about that price jump though.
